- Service guarantees the safety of the extended premium user data while the account is active..
- Service is not responsible for the safety of files (except extended premium account files), and provides file-hosting services "as is". The service ensures that everything will be done to avoid any loss of data but with the technical limitations that exist for regular account types.
- There are the following limits for the regular account types:
- download speed limit.
- no multithreading downloads (using download accelerators),.
- one file at once download only.
- no resume download support.
- downloads start with forced delays.
- Service guarantees absence of the above-stated restrictions for the premium users..
- All files are public or private. Public files are accessible in site-search results and other lists of files. Public files can be copied or downloaded by other users. Private files are accessible only at use of the direct links to them. Also both public and private files will be visible at viewing a folder to which they concern..
- All files on service initially are considered public. To make a file private it is required to check a corresponding tick on the loading form on the main page. For files of other types it is possible to set the access rights using the control panel.
- Public files can be copied by other users. Thus the copied files can be exclusively public and it is impossible to set the other access rights. If the file has been copied, access rights to the original file do not influence the made copies. The file can be made personal, but copies from it will not disappear.
- At attempt to copy a file which already is a copy of other file, the new copy will be considered as a copy of an original file, instead of what copied.
- In case the original file will be deleted, the first made copy will be considered as the original. In the future this rule can be changed and the original becomes the copy that was downloaded more times.
- Materials which are considered obviously forbidden on service, can be (and most likely, will be), removed at the first abuse on them. The given rule extends on all site users, including extended premium accounts.
- The forbidden materials are:
- Materials containing a child pornography. It's very important rule. Regular infringement can lead to blocking of an account and removal of all files on it. The premium privileges also can be blocked or removed absolutely!
- Materials which contain appeals to violence and any materials that propagandize racial, national or religious hatred, obviously extremist materials. Regular infringements can lead to blocking an opportunity to upload files through the current account or even to removal of all files from the account.
- The materials breaking copyrights. We ask to pay attention to this rule!
- Public files having specific name which define the contents but which contain obviously other information. The given rule operates not to discredit site search. You are free to name your files somehow, but is called to do the files named obviously incorrectly, personal or to not give them the specific names. At infringement this rule a file can be compulsorily renamed (without an opportunity to restore an original name), or the file can be compulsorily made not public. At regular infringement of the given rule, all files of the user can be made not public without an opportunity to change access right by the user.
- Files on the site are not moderated. We can judge violations based only the complaints from the site users. There is a system on the service that allows you to severely limit the number of false complaints. Selectively, the files are checked by the administration of the resource.
- The complaints consideration order to files that violate copyrights:
1. The complaint should be sent only by the legal owner or the person which is authorized to operate from its name.
2. For acknowledgement of the right to operate as the legal owner, is required the scanned copy of a document which are confirmed with this right. The document should be valid.
3. Complaints without granting the documents will be considered longer. This is due to checking of legitimacy of the complaint and the person of the one who has made this complaint. Terms of consideration in this case are not guaranteed. If time is important, please send the necessary documents to us.
(whois data; passport scan; workplace photo, where this material was created are not documents, please pay attention!!)
4. At repeated complaints granting is not required. At repeated complaints to other materials, the document can be requested separately if there are no mentions of materials on which the complaint is submitted in the previous documents.
4. Term of reaction to complaints is 1-2 working days. For the Russian version of a site, the complaints submitted to business time (10-18 across Moscow), will be considered in an hour.
The given rules can vary and be supplemented without the additional notice.
